By train 🚂

If you're journeying from a different city, consider taking the train as your primary mode of transportation to reach Lausanne. Many cities are connected to Lausanne by a direct train: Geneva, Fribourg, Neuchâtel...
Once at Lausanne train station, take Bus n°21 Blécherette to the Beaulieu stop.

By public transportation 🚈

The easiest way to reach Beaulieu by public transportation is to take the metro (M2) to the "Riponne-Maurice Béjart" stop and then bus n°2.
The metro runs regularly throughout the day and takes approximately 10 minutes from Lausanne's city center.
Alternatively, you can take bus number 2, 3 or 21 to the "Beaulieu-Jomini" stop, which is located just a few minutes' walk from the venue. All timetables, as well as network maps and a route finder, are available via the tl mobile app or the tl website.

By boat 🚣

If you're looking for a scenic way to reach Beaulieu, the CGN boats are a great option. The boats depart regularly from various points along Lake Geneva and offer stunning views of the lake and the surrounding Alps. Once in Lausanne-Ouchy, take the M2 to the "Riponne-Maurice Béjart" stop and then bus n°2 or you can take bus number 2 towards Bellevaux and get off at the "Beaulieu-Jomini" stop.

By bike 🚲

Lausanne is a bike-friendly city, and there are several bike paths and rental stations throughout the city. If you're interested in biking to Beaulieu, you can rent a bike at one of the city's rental stations and follow the bike path to the venue.

By car-pooling 👫

We encourage visitors who drive to the SEGMENT Festival to consider carpooling with friends or other attendees. Carpooling reduces traffic congestion, lowers emissions, and saves money on gas and parking.

Your wristband is like your wallet: if you lose it, the money stored in it will also be lost.

Please note that your wristband is equipped with a microchip in which your money is stored. Take good care of it to avoid any inconvenience!

What happens to my money after the event?

If there is any money left on your cashless account, you can request a refund of this balance from 09/18/2023 10:00 am to 10/01/2023 11:59 pm from your cashless account.

No refunds will be issued after the deadline. We are unable to refund amounts under CHF 0.5.

Is it mandatory to create an account?

No, you can top up your wristband directly at the cashless banks or via the QR code on your wristband. Your wristband then remains completely anonymous.
Please note: in this case, your bracelet cannot be blocked in the event of loss or theft.

I have tickets for several days. Do I have to create an account for each day?

No, a single account is enough! Just remember to use the barcode number of the first day's ticket so that your balance is credited as soon as your ticket is scanned.

Your balance is also communicated to you after each transaction.
